In Loving Memory of
Mr. René Aubin
April 24, 1945 ~ December 13, 2019  

It is with heavy hearts that his family announces his passing on Friday,
December 13, 2019 at the age of 74. Rene was the son of the late Robert Aubin and the late Alice (nee Morin), beloved husband of Lorrina Aubin (nee Miller).

He leaves in mourning, his children: Dan, (Stacey) Johnson, Anita, (Chris) Kirkbride, Dean Johnson, Rene, (Louise) Aubin.

He also leaves in mourning his grandchildren Candice, Todd, William, Cassidy, Gina, Carson Callista, and great grandchild Mila.

René was the brother of Rita (George) Coté, the late Marguerite (the late Alfred) Bérubé, André (the late Elsie) Aubin, the late Thérèse (the late Raymond) Thomas, Denise (Jean-Guy) Trépanier, Gérard Aubin and as well numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

René loved to be in the company of his family and enjoyed his country home during all seasons. He enjoyed socializing with everyone and anyone. René is at peace with a long journey of health related issues.

Family & friends are welcome to visit on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7pm to 9 pm at the Génier Gauthier Funeral Home, 70 Seventh Ave South, Cochrane. The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 11 am at the Transfiguration Church with Father Richard Fortin officiating followed by a lunch at the church hall.

At the request of the family memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson society of Canada.

C’est avec une profonde tristesse que sa famille vous annonce son décès survenu le vendredi 13 décembre  2019  à l’âge de 74 ans. Il était le fils de Robert et Alice (née Morin) Aubin. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Lorrina (née Miller) Aubin, ses enfants : Dan, (Stacey) Johnson, Anita, (Chris) Kirkbride, Dean Johnson, Rene, (Louise) Aubin, ses petits-enfants : Candice, Todd, William, Cassidy, Gina, Carson Callista, et son arrière-petite-fille Mila.

Il était le frère de Rita (George) Coté, feu Marguerite (feu Alfred) Bérubé, André (feu Elsie) Aubin, feu Thérèse (feu Raymond) Thomas, Denise (Jean-Guy) Trépanier, Gérard Aubin et plusieurs nièces, neveux et amis.

René aimait être entouré de sa famille. Il aimait beaucoup rencontré des nouveaux gens et jasait avec tout le monde.

La famille accueillera parents et amis le mardi 17 novembre 2019 de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h à les Maisons Funéraires Génier Gauthier, 70 Seventh Ave South, Cochrane. Les funérailles auront lieu à l’église de la Transfiguration le mercredi 18 novembre 2019 à 11h et seront célébrées par le Révérend Père Richard Fortin. Une réception suivra à la salle de l’église.
