With deep sorrow her family announces the passing of Jeannine on Monday, September 19, 2022 at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 92. She will be sadly missed by her children Kenneth Waslyk (Jill), John Waslyk (Darlene), Kathleen Taylor (late Yvon) and Leslie Gagnon (Denis). 

She was the beloved grandmother of Jennifer Legault (Benjamin), Christopher Waslyk (Lindsey), Todd Taylor ( Julie), Jessica Taylor-Palmer (Matthew), Karen Nizzero (Steven) , Eric Gagnon (Jessica), Dylan Gagnon, Jim Olinyk (Lori), David Olinyk (Irene), great-grandmother of Averey and Morgan Legault, Trent and Charley Taylor, Ellie and Grace Nizzero, Parker and Paxton Gagnon, Ally and Johnathan Olinyk and great-great-grandmother of Jaxen and Tucker Hasenuik. 

Jeannine was the sister of the late Howard Breault (the late Alice), the late Loulou Dupuis (the late Leo), the late Leo Breault (Lucina), the late Liliane Smith (the late Jack), the late Rita Guenette (the late Noel), Annette Westerberg (the late John), Larry Breault (Lorraine), Diane Wood (John), Claude Breault (Dawn Ann) and her in-laws the late Ann Lucyk (the late John), the late Catherine Czerwinski (the late Walter),the late Mary Plomish Desormeaux (the late Stan, the late Raymond) and will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. 

She was predeceased by her husband Walter (2004) and her parents Philias and Cecila (nee Lessard) Breault. 

Mom was an avid sports fan, she loved playing and watching all sports.  She also enjoyed fishing but especially loved playing cards.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and also on Friday September 23, 2022 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the Ste-Gertrude Church in Smooth Rock Falls. 

The funeral service will be on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Ste-Gertrude Church with Father Jean Morin officiating. Jeannine will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Smooth Rock Falls cemetery.
