Mrs. Dianna Lynn Moons
(nee McGaffey)
November 21, 1961 – February 4, 2021 

It is with heavy hearts that her family announces her passing after a long and courageous battle of breast cancer on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the young age of 59. She leaves behind her loving husband Didier ‘D.J.’, her children Lisa Marie Moons, Joseph Ivan Moons, Jason Everett Moons, her precious grandchildren Zackery, Desiree, Julia, Carrie, Mackenzie, Danika and Westin.

She also leaves behind her parents Jim and Barb (nee Blair) McGaffey, her siblings Melody, Pat, Jay, Mike and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

As per Dianna’s wishes, there will be a private celebration of life to be held at a later date.
