May 13, 1962 – February 18, 2023

It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the Blanche River Health Hospital in Kirkland Lake at the age of 60.

Denise is survived by her siblings Rachel (Claude) Hamelin, Claude (Diane) Proulx, Michel Proulx, Lise Proulx and Donald Proulx.

She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Léo and Jeannine (née Leroux) Proulx, her brother Aurel and her sister Claudette.

Relatives and friends are welcomed at Les Maisons Funéraires Génier Gauthier,
70 Seventh Ave South, Cochrane, on Tuesday February 28, 2023 from 9:30 am to 11am followed by the funeral at Les Maisons Funéraires Génier Gauthier officiated by Pat Tousignant.

La famille vous annonce avec grande tristesse le décès de Denise, le samedi18 février 2023 à l’hôpital Blanche River Health de Kirkland Lake à l’âge de 60 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses frères et sœurs Rachel (Claude) Hamelin, Claude (Diane) Proulx, Michel Proulx, Lise Proulx, Donald Proulx et ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents Léo et Jeannine (née Leroux) Proulx et son frère Aurel et sa sœur Claudette.

La famille accueillera parents et amis à la Maison Funéraire Génier Gauthier, 70 Seventh Ave South de Cochrane, le mardi 28 février 2023 de 9h30 à 11h suivit par les funérailles dans la chapelle de Génier Gauthier.

En mémoire de Denise, des dons peuvent être faits à Association canadienne pour la santé mentale ou Sick Kids.
