C’est avec tristesse que sa famille vous annonce son décès le jeudi 29 mars 2018 à Ottawa, à l’âge de 85 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Jacques (Dinah), Tom (Mary Pat), Lola (Winga), et Daniel (Nathalie), ses petits-enfants adorés : Mathew, Derek, Michael, Krystina, Nicholas, Stefan, Marie-France ainsi que ses arrière-petits-enfants : Logan, Heidi, Jaxen, Abigail et Samantha.

Gracia laisse également ses frères et ses sœurs : Gaston Tremblay, Gabrielle ``Gaby``(Raymond) Grzela et Claudette Bélisle.

Elle fut prédécédée par son époux Marcel, ses parents : Raoul & Blanche (née Gravel) Tremblay, ses frères et sœurs : Suzanne (Blackie) Deguise, Georges Tremblay, Jean-Paul (Yollande) Tremblay, Pauline (Vital) Ouellette, Gaëtane (Normand) Lamontagne, Ginette Tremblay.

Tout en suivant les vœux de Gracia, l’incinération a eu lieu.

La famille accueillera parents et amis à la Salle de l’Église Ste-Gertrude, 48 ave Hollywood, Smooth Rock Falls, le lundi 4 juin 2018 de  9h à 10h15. Les funérailles auront lieu le lundi 4 juin 2018 à 10h30 à l’Église Ste-Gertrude de Smooth Rock Falls. Père Jean Morin présidera la célébration et une réception suivra à la salle de l’Église.

It is with heavy hearts that her family announces her peaceful passing in Ottawa at the age of 85. Beloved and devoted wife of the late Marcel Léonard. Loving mother of Jacques (Dinah), Tom (Mary Pat), Lola (Winga) and Daniel (Nathalie). Proud grandmother of, Mathew, Derek, Michael, Krystina,Nicholas, Stefan and Marie-France. They will always remember her wonderful baking and she loved to indulge them in with their favourite dish. Gracia is also survived by five great grand children: Logan Heidi, Jaxen, Abigail and Samantha.

Fondly remembered by her siblings:  Gaston Tremblay, Gabrielle ``Gaby``(Raymond) Grzela and Claudette Bélisle.

As per Gracia’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

The family will receive family & friends on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 9 am to 10: am the Ste-Gertrude Church hall, 48 Hollywood, Smooth Rock Falls.

The funeral mass will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10:30 am at the Ste-Gertrude Church of Smooth Rock Falls with Father Jean Morin officiating followed by a light lunch at the  church hall.
