La famille annonce avec tristesse son décès survenu au manoir Villa Minto le lundi 22 octobre 2018, à l’âge de 85 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses sœurs, Diane (feu Fernand) Marenger, Jeannine (André) Marenger, feu Thérèse Côté, feu Madeleine (feu Norman) Vallée, et son frère feu François Côté, son ami vertueux feu Jean-Louis Fontaine plusieurs neveux et nièces, ainsi qu’autres parents et amis. Elle est allée également rejoindre ses parents Henri et Aline (née Numainville) Côté.

Anita fut très active dans la communauté en tant que bénévole, Fille d’Isabelle, Club de l’âge d’or, La ruche comme ancienne présidente et Au pied de la lettre, pour en nommer que quelques-uns.  Elle a été religieuse pendant environ 18 ans, institutrice, écrivaine et aussi entrepreneuse comme comptable agréé de sa compagnie North East Management.

Les funérailles auront  lieu à l’église Transfiguration le samedi 3 novembre 2018 à 10h30 et seront célébré par le Révérend Père Richard Fortin. Une réception suivra à la salle de l’Église. Elle sera inhumée au Cimetière Catholique de Cochrane.

À la demande de la famille, des dons fait à la Villa Minto et ou l’hôpital Lady Minto de Cochrane seraient appréciés.

It is with heavy hearts that her family announces her passing on Monday, October 22nd, 2018 at the Villa Minto Nursing Home at the age of 85. She leaves in mourning her sisters: Diane (the late Fernand) Marenger, Jeannine (André) Marenger, the late Thérèse Côté, the late Madeleine (the late Norman) Vallée, a brother the late François Côté, her righteous friend the late Jean-Louis Fontaine several nieces and nephews, as well as relatives and friends.  She is predeceased by her parents Henri and Aline (née Numainville) Côté.

Anita was very active in the community, to mention but a few, a great volunteer; a Filles d’Isabelle, a member of club de d’age d’or, La Ruche – past president and Au pied de la lettre. She was a nun for around 18 years, a school teacher, an author and also an entrepreneurial as chartered accountant for her company North East management.

The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Transfiguration Church of Cochrane with Father Richard Fortin officiating. A reception will followed at the church Hall. She will be laid to rest at the Cochrane Catholic Cemetery.
