With heartfelt sorrow we announce his passing in Cochrane Ontario after a battle with cancer.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Pauline (nee Caron), And his loving family, Daughters Diane (Ron) Beaulieu, Marlene (Sheldon) Balaski, Stepsons Mike (Brenda) Beaudoin, Stephen Beaudoin (Tiffany Jansen), Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; Christopher, Samantha, Colby, Brody, Jaidyn, Avery, Dani, Emry, Aura, Blake, Evan, Vienna, Kyle, Danessa, Koralie and Alexandre. His brothers Doug and Ken. He was predeceased by his father Michael, his mother Eleanor (nee Zimmerman) and brother Victor.
Leslie lived a life marked by dedication and service. His years in the navy instilled in him a sense of duty and honor that he carried throughout his life. From the depths of the mines to the sparks of a welding torch, the controls of a plane to the navigation of a boat. Leslie always did everything with passion and determination.
Always a source of wisdom, his legacy will forever live on in our hearts and memories.
A memorial will be held at a later date to celebrate his life.
